DROP-OFF DURING OPENING HOURS: 

Our knife sharpening service is open at 6.30am for early morning drop-offs. You can drop your edgeware off at any time during opening hours. Guido will tell you what the total cost will be - depending on what needs to be done. You will also be given a razor sharp loan knife at no charge if our workload prevents us providing you with same-day service. 

Please bring your knives rolled in a tea towel. If you are a regular customer, please also bring your knives with the plastic safety guards fitted.

DROP-OFF OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS: 

You can leave your edgeware in one of our combination lock drop boxes and fully fill out an order form that will be in the box, ticking the services you require. You'll have the full costing confirmed via text upon inspecting your edgeware. If you suspect you'll need a loan knife because we can't provide you with same-day service becaise of our workload then there will be a loan knife in the drop box. Simple instructions for the lock box will be on the inside of the door.

COLLECTION DURING OPENING HOURS: 

Guido will text you when your knives are done and provide you with a cost for the work. You then either go to our little shop below, select the services and optional extras you have been quoted and pay online to the total you have been quoted, or you pay in person at the counter. 

COLLECTION OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS: 

Guido will text you when your knives are done and provide you with a cost for the work. When payment is received via the shop below, your knives will be left in a combination-locked drop box, and you will recieve a text with your collection details, including the box combination. 

You can come at any time after hours to collect your edgeware. If you took a loan knife, please return it with the plastic safety guard fitted. Please do not disturb the residents while you collect your knives.
